SpectrumDisplay Retractable Kinetic LED Screen & LED Sphere Immersive System
① Project Overview
This project is an immersive kinetic LED display system developed by SpectrumDisplay for the LEAP exhibition in Saudi Arabia.
The onsite installation consists of three core components:
● Main kinetic LED display wall (primary brand visual surface)
● LED sphere installation (dynamic spatial focal object)
● Interactive exhibition layout with visitor flow design
👉 The objective was to build a high-impact spatial visual system, rather than a traditional exhibition booth.
② Client Challenges
At LEAP, one of the world’s leading technology exhibitions, the client faced three major challenges:
1️⃣ Extremely high visual competition
Most exhibitors rely on standard LED screens, resulting in low differentiation.
2️⃣ Fast visitor flow
It is difficult to capture attention and maintain engagement time.
3️⃣ Lack of spatial memorability
Booths often fail to create a recognizable and memorable spatial identity.
③ Solution (Based on Onsite Structure)
SpectrumDisplay delivered a multi-layer kinetic spatial visual system:
1️⃣ Main Kinetic LED Display Wall
● Large-scale LED visual structure
● Used for core brand storytelling and information delivery
● Serves as the primary visual architecture of the booth
👉 Function:
Creates the first and strongest visual impact for visitors.

2️⃣ LED Sphere Installation (Spatial Visual Focus)
● Acts as the central visual landmark of the booth
● 360-degree visible kinetic structure
● Enhances futuristic technology identity and spatial recognition
👉 Function:
Creates a visitor attraction and photo focal point.
3️⃣ Floor Lighting & Spatial Guidance System
● Floor LED lighting guides visitor movement into the booth
● Enhances spatial layering and depth perception
● Transforms the booth from a static display into a flow-based experience environment
👉 Function:
Extends visitor dwell time and improves engagement flow.
④ System Logic
The core of this project is not a single device, but a three-layer spatial visual architecture system:
“Visual + Space + Movement Flow” integrated system
Structure:
● LED main screen = information output layer
● LED sphere = visual focal layer
● Floor lighting = behavioral guidance layer
👉 Together, they form a complete spatial kinetic visual system.

⑥ FAQ
Q1: Is this a standard LED exhibition booth?
No.
This is a kinetic LED screen and LED sphere-based spatial visual fusion system, not a traditional booth.
Q2: Is the LED sphere an independent device?
Yes.
It can operate independently or as part of the integrated system.
Q3: Can the system be reused for other exhibitions?
Yes. The entire setup features a modular design, allowing the main LED wall, spherical display, and floor guidance system to be quickly disassembled, transported, and reinstalled. Built for durability and content flexibility, the system is suitable not only for major exhibitions like LEAP but also for roadshows, product launches, and pop-up events—maximizing ROI by eliminating the need for repeated construction.
Q4: What is the key difference from traditional LED booths?
Yes. With multi-device synchronized control, the system can integrate real-time interactive applications. From responsive mechanical movements on the main screen and dynamic visuals on the sphere to sensor-triggered floor lighting, the installation transforms passive viewing into immersive engagement—effectively capturing attention and extending dwell time.
Q5: Does it support interactive content systems?
Yes.
It can integrate with:
TouchDesigner
Unreal Engine 5
Real-time control systems
